You will be asked to undress to your comfort level and will be draped with sheets for privacy. It's common to feel relaxed and refreshed after a massage.

Deep Tissue Massage: uses slow, deep pressure to release chronic muscle tension and alleviate pain.
Prenatal Massage: accommodates the changes in the mother's body and provide relief from common issues such as back pain, swollen feet, muscle tension, and overall stress. It is important for pregnant women to consult with their healthcare provider and seek the services of a trained prenatal massage therapist to ensure a safe and beneficial experience.
Neuromuscular Massage: focuses on addressing specific areas of pain or tension in the body caused by muscular imbalances, trigger points, or nerve entrapments.
